These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TMVector (the “Service”), provided by Zenithsha (“Zenithsha,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By joining the waitlist, applying for beta access, creating an account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you're using the Service on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on its behalf and confirming you have authority to do so.
TMVector is currently in early preview. Features, pricing, and availability described on this site may change before general availability, and beta access may be limited, invite-gated, or revoked at our discretion. Because the product is still evolving, we recommend maintaining appropriate backups or exports of important content during the beta period.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
TMVector offers Free, Pro, Teams, and Enterprise plans, each with different feature limits described on our pricing page. Where a paid plan involves billing, charges are disclosed before you upgrade and, unless stated otherwise, are non-refundable for the current billing period. We may change plan pricing or features going forward, with reasonable notice for existing paid subscribers.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the tasks, documents, goals, and other content you create in the Service (“Your Content”) — we do not claim ownership of it. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and the teammates you share it with, including using automated systems to synchronize, search, organize, or otherwise process Your Content as needed for features you use (for example, the in-app Chat Assistant, which only ever runs against data you and your teammates already have access to). You're responsible for having the necessary rights to any content you upload.
If you join a workspace managed by an organization or workspace administrator, that administrator may — depending on their role and the workspace's configuration — access, manage, or remove members, permissions, and content within that workspace.
The Service supports optional integrations, such as connecting Google Calendar or signing in with Google. When you connect a third-party integration, TMVector accesses only the information and permissions necessary to provide that integration's functionality, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for their practices.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, or to protect the security or integrity of the Service, with notice where practicable.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenithsha will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above, and where appropriate, we'll notify you directly. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
