Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 22, 2026
1. Who we are

TMVector is a real-time team workspace product built by Zenithsha (“Zenithsha,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect — across this website and the TMVector application (together, the “Service”) — how we use it, and the choices you have. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use the Service.

2. Information we collect

Waitlist & beta applications. If you join the waitlist or apply for beta access on this site, we collect your email address (waitlist) or name, email, company, role, and stated purpose (beta application). This is stored in our mailing list so we can reach out about access and product updates.

Account information. Name, email address, and a securely hashed password if you sign up directly for the app. If you sign up or sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google — we never see or store your Google password.

Workspace content. Tasks, timeline entries, sprint docs, goals, roadmap items, and other content you or your teammates create inside a workspace, team, or folder.

Google Calendar (optional). If you connect Google Calendar from within the app, our access is read-only — TMVector never creates, edits, or deletes events in your Google Calendar, it only reads them to sync them into your timeline. Synced events are stored in your workspace so they can appear across your views. Disconnecting Google Calendar (from Account Settings) revokes TMVector's access with Google and removes the previously synced events from your workspace.

Usage & device data. On this website, we use self-hosted, cookieless analytics that records aggregate page/event data without a persistent identifier or cookie — see our Cookie Notice. Within the app, we log request metadata (IP address, browser/device type, timestamps) for security and reliability.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

3. Sources of this information

We collect information directly from you (account signup, waitlist/beta forms, content you create); from teammates or workspace administrators when they add or manage workspace content that involves you (e.g. assigning you a task); from Google, when you use Google sign-in or connect Google Calendar; and automatically from your browser or device (request metadata, aggregate analytics) when you use the Service.

4. How we use your information
  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including real-time sync across your devices and teammates.
  • To follow up on waitlist and beta access requests, and to send product updates you can opt out of at any time.
  • To authenticate you and keep your account secure (session cookies, optional multi-factor authentication).
  • To send transactional email — verification, password reset, and workspace notifications you've opted into.
  • To enforce the plan limits and features associated with your workspace's subscription tier.
  • To detect, investigate, and prevent abuse, fraud, or security incidents.
5. How we share information

Content you create inside a shared workspace, team, or folder is visible to other members of that workspace according to the roles and permissions configured there — that visibility is a core feature of the Service, not third-party sharing. Depending on their role and the workspace's permissions, a workspace owner or administrator may be able to view, manage, or remove members, permissions, and content within that workspace.

We share data with a small number of infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery, and mailing-list management) solely as necessary to operate the Service. These providers are authorized to process information only for the services they provide to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Zenithsha, our users, or others.

6. Data retention

We retain waitlist and beta application information for as long as reasonably necessary to manage beta access, communicate with you about TMVector, and maintain our records, unless you ask us to delete it. Account and workspace data is retained for as long as your account is active — see your plan's specific data-retention window on the pricing page. If you delete your account or a workspace, associated content is removed from active systems within a reasonable period, subject to backups retained for disaster recovery, which are purged on a rolling schedule.

7. Your choices and rights
  • Unsubscribe from waitlist/beta emails at any time via the link in those emails, or by contacting us.
  • Access, correct, or export your account data from Account Settings.
  • Disconnect Google Calendar at any time.
  • Delete your account, which removes your profile and personal data from our active systems.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (e.g. under GDPR or CCPA) to access, delete, or restrict processing of your data — contact us to exercise these.
8. Security

Passwords are hashed (never stored in plain text), authenticated sessions use HttpOnly cookies, and all traffic to the Service is encrypted in transit (TLS). Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel. We access account or workspace data only as necessary to operate the Service, provide support, investigate a security issue, or comply with the law — not routinely, and not to look at your content without a reason. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard practices.

9. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above, and where appropriate, we'll notify you directly.
